CTA在颈动脉狭窄检查中的临床价值分析
Clinical value of CTA in carotid artery stenosis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of CT angiography (CTA) on carotid artery stenosis. Method From January 2015 to October 2017, 181 patients with suspected intracranial and extracranial vascular diseases in our hospital were selected as the subjects, all patients underwent CTA and DSA examination. Take the DSA inspection result as the gold standard to analyze the accuracy of the CTA inspection. The ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of CTA in patients with carotid plaque stenosis. Result There was no significant difference in the detection rate of CTA among patients with grade 1, grade 2 and grade 3～4 (P＞0.05). There was no significant difference in the distribution of stenosis between CTA and DSA (P＞0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of CTA for carotid stenosis were 83.33% and 97.26% respectively. The area under ROC curve of carotid stenosis diagnosed by CTA was 0.883. Conclusion As a non-invasive method for assessing carotid stenosis, CTA is more accurate in diagnosis and has higher consistency with DSA. This method is non-invasive to patients and can be used as an important method for evaluating vascular lesions in the neck.关键词
