摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the analgesic effect and safety of Parecoxib sodium and Tramadol hydrochloride on-demand administration for acute pain after orthopedic surgery. Method A total of 77 patients with upper limb fracture surgery and temporary analgesia required within 72 hours after operation from March 2015 to August 2015 in our hospital were selected, they were divided into Parecoxib sodium group (39 cases) and Tramadol hydrochloride group (38 cases) by analgesics used for the first time, the time of analgesics use, assess and record the visual analogue scale (VAS) scores and adverse reactions at 1, 6, 12, 24, 48, and 72 hours after operation, before and 1 hour after use of analgesics were recorded. Result There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before use of analgesics (P>0.05). After 1 hour of analgesic use, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly reduced (P<0.01), but the degree of relieving in Tramadol hydrochloride group was more obviously (P<0.01). After 1 hour of analgesic use, the number of patients with VAS score reduction of ≥3 in Tramadol hydrochloride group were significantly higher than that of Parecoxib sodium group (P<0.05), and the number of rescue analgesia was even smaller (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion For the immediate analgesia of postoperative acute pain in orthopedics department, Pareoxib sodium and Tramadol hydrochloride can significantly alleviate pain in patients with less adverse reactions, but the effect of Tramadol hydrochloride on relieving pain is more obviously.关键词
