Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of knee arthroplasty in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis arthritis of the knee in the elderly. Method From February 2012 to May 2016, 35 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of the knee who underwent knee arthroplasty in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. Their clinical data were analyzed, the range of motion, the score of the knee joint function (HSS), and the SF-36 score were used to evaluate the surgical outcomes and the patient's quality of life. Result 1 year after surgery, the knee joint HSS scores increased from (41.07±11.27) points to (85.75±4.70) points (P＜0.05); the physical component summary scale in the SF-36 score increased from preoperative (25.64±3.77) points to (45.65±6.81) points (P＜0.05); and the mental component summary scale in SF-36 score increased from preoperative (40.25±5.25) points to (51.81±5.32) points. There were no infection and other complications during the follow-up period. Conclusion The clinical outcome of knee arthroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients rheumatoid arthritis is satisfactory, it can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
