摘要

Abstract

Objective: To develop a software that could adjust the surgical plan of total knee arthroplasty and could be used in the mobile terminal device of operating system (iPhone OS, iOS) of Apple Inc so as to conveniently adjust and confirm surgical plan for doctor. Methods: In the design, Xcode was used as platform, and Objective-C and C++were used as development language, and open source 3D image engine (OSG) was used as basis to simulate operation osteotomy and virtual prosthesis implantation, and adjust the implantation location of osteotomy and prosthesis, and optimize operation plan. Results: Using this software, doctor could whenever and wherever possible to check and manage patient's information, and independently complete the processes of adjustment and confirmation for the plan of total knee prosthesis arthroplasty surgery. Conclusion: This adjustment software can make it easiness in adjusting the surgical plan, and reduce the technological dependence on engineers, and enhance the flexibility of medical work, and provide convenience for doctor to explain situation of illness for patients, and decrease the occurrence of conflicts between doctors and patients.
