Abstract
Objective: To design a supervisory system for test reagent of hospital so as to realize delicacy management for them, and enhance effective availability of reagent resource of hospital and safety of reagent. Methods: The .NET technology, digital technology, bar code technology, intelligentization technology and other relevant means were applied to design the supervisory system for test reagent. And the system was applied to implement multidimensional, complete process and digital supervision for reagents of hospital. Results: In the application, the supervisory system for reagents of hospital has achieved prospective effect, and it made the management of reagents more standardized, process, scientific and transparent in series of management aspects included reagent procurement, reagent entering warehouse and outbound reagent, application of outbound reagent, basic information maintenance for reagent, reagent usage and corresponding instrument contrast, alert about reagent situation, inquiring of inventory, inquiring of reagent entering warehouse, inquiring of outbound reagent, analysis of usage rate of reagent, beginning and end of reagent usage. Conclusion: The supervisory system makes series links, such as the reagent procurement, reagent entering warehouse, outbound reagent and reagent usage, to form a closed cycle of operation. And it can enhanced the work efficiency and the level of delicacy management.关键词
