鼓室钆注射内耳成像在疑似梅尼埃病的确诊价值研究
The Value of 3D-MRI Imaging with Intratympanic Gadolinium Injection in the Diagnosis of Suspected Meniere's Disease

Abstract
Objective Using three-dimensional fluid-attenuated inversion recovery magnetic resonance imaging (3D-FLAIR MRI) with intratympanic gadolinium injection, images of the perilymph space were scored for endolym-phatic hydrops in cases of suspected Meniere's disease to investigate its diagnostic value in Meniere's disease. Methods Diluted gadopentetate dimeglumine was injected via the tympanic membrane bilaterally in 12 patients suspected of hav-ing Meniere's disease. After 24 hours, inner ear 3D-FLAIR MRI was performed and results were analyzed. Results Gad-olinium contrast agent was seen distributed in the perilymphatic space with perilymph enhancement on 3D-FLAIR MRI, allowing differentiation between the perilymphatic and endolymphatic spaces. Based on perilymph MRI diagnostic scor-ing, 50% of the patients were categorized as having endolymphatic hydrops, who were followed and eventually diag-nosed with confirmed Meniere's disease. Conclusion Patients suspected of having Meniere's disease should receive hear-ing monitoring, while inner ear 3D-FLAIR MRI, when deemed appropriate, may facilitate early diagnosis and treatment.关键词
