特发性BPPV成功复位前后眩晕残障指数变化的研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate possible factors related to residual dizziness (RD) after successful canalith re-positioning procedure (CRP) in idiopathic benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). Methods Forty-four patients diagnosed with BPPV were evaluated using a general health questionnaire and the Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI). The 44 cases were divided into three groups based on RD: ie. asymptomatic, mild RD and severe RD. Data from the three groups were compared. Results The mean post-therapy score was dramatically decreased compared with before treatment (P＜0.05). Therapy time and post-therapy DHI-T, DHI-P and DHI-F scores were significantly different. Con-clusion Residual dizziness in BPPV after successful CRP may be related to psychological factors. Psychological inter-vention may be appropriate for patients with residual dizziness.关键词
