窄带CE-ChirpASSR与普通ASSR在极重度听损中的对比研究
Narrow Band CE-Chirp ASSRs and Conventional ASSRs in Children with Profound Hearing Loss

Abstract
Objective To compare narrowband CE-Chirp ASSRs and AM/FM ASSRs and their correlation to be-havioral audiometry in children with severe sensorineural hearing Loss at different frequencies, in order to study the ac-curacy of the two types of evoked ASSRs in estimating hearing thresholds. Methods Children (n=26, 40 ears) with sen-sorineural hearing loss were tested using NB CE-Chirp ASSRs, FM/AM ASSRs and behavior audiometry, and thresh-olds at 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 kHz were compared across the tests. Results High levels of correlation were found between NB CE Chirp ASSR thresholds and behavioral audiometry thresholds, but not between AM/FM ASSRs and behavior audi-ometry for 0.5 and 1 kHz (although better for 2 and 4 kHz). Conclusion Compared with AM/FM ASSRs, NB CE-Chirp ASSR thresholds are better correlated to those of behavioral audiometry.关键词
