摘要
Abstract
Tinnitus is a common clinical condition, which can seriously affect patients'quality of life. As tinnitus is a subjective sensation, there are no objective indicators for evaluating tinnitus. It also makes the process of establish-ing a tinnitus animal model difficult. At present, for the discussion of the mechanism and intervention of tinnitus, re-searchers in China conduct tinnitus researches mainly via salicylates induced animal models in which tinnitus is verified through conditioned reflexes. Although this method has been widely used, some problems deserve further discussion and research.关键词
