摘要
Abstract
Gut microbiota (GM) is the microflora colonized in the intestinal tract. Recently, more and more study identified the regulated effects of GM on bone metabolism, the mechanism of which mainly includes regulating calci-um absorption, affecting osteoclasts number and function through modulating immune system, exerting roles on secretion of intestinal hormones. Probiotics and prebiotics have a protection on bone through regulating GM spectrum. Therefore, GM will be a therapeutic target of osteoporosis and other bone diseases. Moreover, probiotics and prebiotics will provide a new treatment to osteoporosis.关键词
