Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of omeprazole combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule in treatment of functional dyspepsia in college students. Methods One hundred college students with functional dyspepsia were enrolled in the study, among whom 50 were treated with omeprazole plus Shugan Jieyu capsule (study group) and 50 were treated with omeprazole alone (control group). The clinical efficacy, the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of the two groups were compared, and serum levels of ghrelin and motilin were measured before and after treatment. Results The overall effective rate of treatment in study group was higher than that in the control group (88.0％ vs.72.0％, P＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of ghrelin and motilin in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P ＞0.05). The recurrence rate was significantly lower in study group than that in control group (6.2％ vs.22.4％, P＜0.05). Conclusion Omeprazole combined with Shugan Jieyu capsule is more effective than omeprazole alone for treatment of functional dyspepsia in college students. It can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate with less adverse reaction.关键词
