MYBL2和p53在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义研究
Expression of MYBL2 and p53 in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of MYBL2 and p53 protein in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of MYBL2 and p53 in 88 samples of gastric carcinoma and paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohitochemical En Vision method. The association of MYBL2 and p53 expression with clinicopathological features of patients was analyzed. Results The expression of MYBL2 and p53 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues (P＜0.05). The positive rates of MYBL2 and p53 protein in gastric cancer tissues were 62.50％ (55/88)and 70.45％ (62/88), and those in paracancerous tissues were 12.50％ (11/88) and 10.22％ (9/88), respectively. The expressions of MYBL2 and p53 were correlated with the clinical stage, the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P＜ 0.05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of MYBL2 was positively correlated with the expression of p53 (P＜0.05). Conclusion The expressions of MYBL2 and p53 protein are up-regulated in gastric cancer, which may be involved in the development and progression of the cancer.关键词
