摘要

Abstract

The chemical constituents from the methanol extract of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua after " nine-steam-nine-bask" were isolated and purified by a combination of various chromatographic techniques including silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,medium pressure liquid chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography.Eight compounds were obtained and elucidated from fraction 1 by modern spectrum technology as alternariol(2),cyclo-(L-Leu -L-Ile)(2),5,7-dihydroxy-6,8-dimethyl-3-(4'-hydroxybenzyl)chroman-4-one(3),5,7-dihydroxy-6-methyl-8-methoxy-3-(4'-hydroxybenzyl)chroman-4-one(4),3-(9,12-Octadecadienoyl)glycerol(5),1,4-difuranyl-2,3-dihydroxy-1,4-butanedione(6),5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxadehyde(7),8-hydroxychromone(8).In the in vitro activity assays,compound 6 showed obvious anti-inflammatory activity and the inhibition rate was 44.8%,the IC50value was 35.5 μmol/L(57.9%and 26.5 μmol/L for the reference).However,compound 6 had no inhibitory effect on pancveatic lipase.
