风力机轴承多变载荷下接触应力特性分析
Analysis of Contact Stress Characteristics of Wind Turbine Bearings under Changeable Loads

Abstract
Aiming at the complexity of rolling bearing contact problem, the contact stress of rolling bearing under different loads is analyzed by using Hertzian contact theory and finite element method, respectively. Taking generator bearing deep groove ball bearing 6312 used in wind power generator as an example, a rolling bearing solid model was established by PROE software. The model was imported into ANSYS Workbench and the frictional contact and boundary constraints of the model were set. The rolling contact stress, strain and deformation changes were analyzed by the finite element method. The simulation results are compared with the theoretical values calculated by Hertzian contact theory, and they are in good agreement. The applicability of the Hertzian contact theory and the correctness of the finite element analysis method are verified. This provides a good theoretical basis for the structural design and optimization of the rolling bearing and the contact analysis of the main bearing of the fan under extreme loads.关键词
