Abstract
In order to study the electromagnetic noise of the driving motor of an electric vehicle, a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) for an 8-pole 48-slot electric vehicle is taken as the object of study. The electromagnetic field finite element analysis software is used to obtain the order characteristics and frequency characteristics of the radial electromagnetic force in the air gap of the motor under sinusoidal power supply. The modes of the stator shell of the motor are simulated, and the first five modes and natural frequencies of the motor are obtained. The acoustic finite element mesh of the motor is established by using the acoustic simulation software. The electromagnetic force and the modal grid of the motor are coupled to solve the electromagnetic vibration and noise of the motor. The acoustic pressure distribution of motor electromagnetic noise at different frequencies is obtained. Then the steady state noise of motor under a certain working condition is tested on the bench, and the spectrum of motor noise is obtained. The analysis process can be used for reference in predicting the electromagnetic noise of different types of electric vehicle driven motors.关键词
