Abstract
The accurate calculation of transformer modal is a prerequisite for the research on vibration and noise of transformer. The conventional modal analysis method including entity modeling and isotropic treatment for winding and core material has shortcomings of computational accuracy, which affect the vibration analysis results. In order to accurately simulate the transformer equivalent model and calculate the transformer modes, the anisotropy influence of the core, winding, and bar structure on the transformer natural frequency were analyzed. The accurate calculation results of the principal natural frequency of the transformer were obtained by reasonably setting equivalent material properties and contact. Comparing with the experimental results, the mean error of the frequency of the principal modes is less than 5%, which validates the accuracy of the proposed method.关键词
