工况传递路径分析中遗漏路径无法识别的问题研究
Research on the Issue of Unrecognized Missing Path in Operational Transfer Path Analysis

Abstract
To solve the problem that the operational transfer path analysis (OTPA) method cannot effectively identify the missing transmission path, the method of source number estimation was proposed. This method is based on empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and eigenvalue decomposition combines with the approaches of adjacent eigenvalue difference and eigenvalue descent ratio. It is more convenient in determining the number of vibration sources using this method. Then, the method based on the partial correlation analysis (PCA) and multiple correlation function (MCF) was also proposed to accurately locate the actual vibration source or path point. Finally, the effectiveness of the two methods was validated by the vibration transmission path test of mechanical equipment. The research results show that the two methods can effectively solve the problem that the OTPA method cannot identify the missing path, and improve the stability and accuracy of the OTPA method.关键词
