苗药夜寒苏的化学成分研究
Study on Chemical Constituents of Miao Medicine Hedychium flavum
摘要
Abstract
To study the chemical constituents of Miao Medicine Hedychium flavum. Methods: Hedychium flavum was extracted with different concentrations of methanol by cold leaching. The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography,and identified as spectral analyses. Results: Eight compounds were isolated from Hedychium flavum, and characterized as stigmasterol(1), isocoronarin D(2), villosin(3), 16-oxo-(8) -17-12-labdadien-15, 11-olide(4), villosumcoronarin(5), alpinenone(6),3 β,29-dihydroxy-olean-18-ene(7) and β-sitosterol(8). Conclusion: All the compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time, and compound 6 and 7 are isolated from this genus for the first time.关键词
