摘要

Abstract

To optimize the extraction preparation of Gehua Xingjiu Keli. Methods: Evaluate the effect of extracted time,frequency, solid-liquid rate,pH, temperature, ratio of material to solvent on the transfer rate of tectoridin, ginsenoside Rg1 and isochlorogenic acid A and dry extraction yield by single factor test. And then optimized the process by central composite design-response surface method. Results: The optimize preparative parameters was as follows, the ratio of material to solvent was 1∶8. 44, the pH was 6. 45, the extraction temperature was 65 ℃, and extracted three times for 2 h. The deviation of OD value from actual value and theoretical value was -3. 62%. Conclusion: The extraction preparation of Gehua Xingjiu Keli optimize by central composite design-response surface mthod is effective.
