Abstract
To research the effect and mechanism of Wujia-Shenghua capsul on Qi-defeciency and blood-stasis rats by metabolomics method. Methods: Based on GC-MS metabolomics, the endogenous metabolite of rat plasma was measured. Results: Fourteen potential metabolic biomakers were identified qualitatively based on GC-MS metabolomics. Wujia-Shenghua capsule could callback the content of the fourteen potential biological marker. Conclusion: Wujia-Shenghua capsule can callback the content of the common fourteen potential biological marker of Qi-defeciency and blood-stasis rats. After the preliminary analysis of the biological significance,speculate the treating function of Wujia-Shenghua capsule is expressed by adjusting energy metabolism, tricarboxylic acid cycle and amino acid metabolism.关键词
