断体地龙促进创伤愈合活性成分筛选研究
Screening Active Components of Wound Healing from Tail-amputated Earthworm

Abstract
Objective: To screen out active component of wound healing from the extracts of tail - amputated earthworm. Methods: The extracts were purified by DEAE - Sepharose Fast Flow ion exchange chromatography. The proliferative effects on NIH3T3 were detected by Cell Counting Kit -8 (CCK -8) to filter the most active eluent. Results: The ion exchange chromatography separated the extracts into five fractions after the gradient elution. The results showed that five eluents could promote the proliferation of NIH3T3 fibroblasts, and the cell proliferation rates increased with protein concentration. The proliferation rates of five groups reached the peak at the concentration of 1.5 μg/mL, and the third eluent was regarded as the most active fraction. Conclusion: The third eluent is most effective in promoting effects on proliferation activity of NIH3T3 cells, it may contain potential active ingredients of wound healing, which needs further study.关键词
