北青龙衣抗肿瘤化学成分研究
Research on Anti-tumor Chemical Constituents of Bei Qinglongyi
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the anti - tumor chemical constituents of Bei Qinglongyi (Pericarpium Juglandis). Methods: The chemical constituents of Bei Qinglongyi were extracted by using reflux extraction method with 95％ ethanol, isolated by macroporous adsorption resin, silica gel, and Sephadex LH - 20. The structures were elucidated on the basic of 1H - NMR, 13C - NMR and MS. Results: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as ursolic acid ethylice ster (1), 20 (R) - 24p - hydroxyl -20, 25 - epoxydammar - 3 - one(2), 1, 7- dihydroxy - 3, 6 - dimethoxy -anthraquino - ne(3), (E) - o - hydroxycinnamic acid(4), 4 - hydroxymethyl -2 - methoxyphenol(5), methyl gallate(6), and 5 - hydroxy -4 - methoxy - a - tetralone(7). Conclusion:Compounds 1 ～4 were isolated from this genus for the first time.关键词
