薏苡仁谷蛋白源ACE抑制肽的分离纯化
Separation and Purification of ACE Inhibitory Peptides from Glutelin of Coix Seed

Abstract
To obtain high active ACE (Angiotensin Converting Enzyme) inhibitory peptides from glutelin of Coix seed. Methods: Glutelin of Coix seed was firstly hydrolyzed by pepsin, and the hydrolysate was then separated and purified using the ultrafiltration, ion exchange chromatography and RP - HPLC. Finally, the target peptide fraction was obtained under the guidance of ACE inhibitory activity in vitro. Results: Fraction B2 with higher activity was obtained and the inhibitory rate was 73.41% ± 1.05% at the concentration of 0.01 mg/mL. Conclusion: Part components of the glutelin of Coix seed has high potential of anti - hypertensive effect after hydrolysis by pepsin, which provided guidance for further research and development of new peptide drugs from Chinese medicine, to provide new evidence for new application of Coix seed.关键词
