枸杞子提取物对高糖诱导的胰岛素抵抗果蝇的影响

Abstract
Objective: To study the effects of Lycium barbarum L. extract on the growth and development of Drosophila induced by high sucrose diet. Methods;The insulin resistance(IR) model of Drosophila was established by feeding high concentration of sucrose, which resulted in the increase of fat droplets, the slow growth rate and the decrease of body weight. The growth status of Drosophila fed with different concentrations of Lycium barbarum L. extract were analyzed, thus to investigate the effect of Lycium barbarum L. on IR Drosophila. Results: The fat droplets of Drosophila were significantly decreased and the growth rate was increased. The area and volume of pupae were significantly increased, the adults became larger and with increased weight. Conclusion; Lycium barbarum L. extract can significant improve the growth and development of IR Drosophila.关键词
