清热解毒法治疗乙肝相关性血小板减少性紫癜的临床研究

Abstract
Objective; To discuss and analyze the effect of heat - clearing and detoxicating therapy on thrombocytopenia associated with Hepatitis B. Methods: 48 patients with thrombocytopenia of the toxic - heat pattern due to Hepatitis B were taken as objects of the study, they were treated with heat - clearing and detoxicating therapy, and relative indicators were compared and analyzed before and after the treatment. Results: Statistical significance was achieved with Chinese medications through the comparison before and after the treatment(P ＜0.05). Conclusion: Heat - clearing and detoxicating therapy has a relatively ideal effect on thrombocytopenia associated with Hepatitis B.关键词
