自拟扶正饮I号方联合TP化疗治疗宫颈癌的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Fuzheng Yin I Combined with TP Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Cervical Cancer

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Fuzheng Yin I combined with TP chemotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer. Methods: 64 cases were randomly divided into the control group (n = 32 ) and the observation group(n = 32). The control group was given TP chemotherapy; on which basis, the observation group was also treated with Fuzheng Yin I. The short - term effect, changes of immune function, and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The short - term effect of the observation group was 68.8％, which was significantly higher than 40.6％ of the control group (P ＜ 0.05 ). The levels of CD4 + and CD4 +/CD8 + of the observation group were higher than those of the control group; whereas, the level of CD8 + of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were significant (P ＜0.05). The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 28.1％, which was significantly lower than 46.9％ of the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of Fuzheng Yin I combined with TP chemotherapy is beneficial to improve immune function, which has high safety and is worth clinical promotion.关键词
