经筋皮部排点刺法配合针刺星状神经节治疗中风后丘脑痛疗效观察

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of row/dot needling cutaneous region of meridian sinew combined with needling stellate ganglion on post-stroke thalamic pain. Methods: 60 cases of post-stroke thalamic pain were ran-domly divided into the observation group(n=30) and the control group(n=30). The observation group was treated with row/dot needling cutaneous region of meridian sinew combined with needling stellate ganglion; whereas, the control group was treated with Pregabalin Capsule. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated by drop rate of visual analog scale( VAS) and the clinical curative rate after four courses of treatment. Results: In terms of VAS score, there was sig-nificant difference between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment( P<0.05). The re-duction of VAS score was more significant in the observation group than that of the control group after treatment( P<0.05). The total effective rate was 93.3% (28/30) in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 63.3% (19/30) in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of row/dot needling cutaneous region of meridian sinew combined with needling stellate ganglion is superior to Pregabalin in treatment of post-stroke thalamic pain. It has affirmative efficacy without obvious side effect, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
