青蒿鳖甲汤辅助治疗细菌感染性疾病的疗效分析

Abstract
Objective: To study the clinical effect of Qinghao Biejia Decoction on bacterial infectious diseases in tumor pa-tients with Yin deficiency. Methods: 60 bacterial infectious patients with tumor diagnosed as Yin deficiency were ran-domly divide into the control group(n=30) and the treatment group(n=30). The control group was treated with anti-bacterial therapy; on which basis, the treatment group was also treated with Qinghao Biejia Decoction. The curative effect and the improvement of the symptoms were observed in two groups. Results: In terms of the effective rate for in-fectious fever, it was 93.33% in the treatment group, which was significantly higher than 73.33% in the control group (P<0.05). In terms of the anti-infection course, it was (10.0 ± 5.9) in the treatment group, which was obviously shorter than (13.0 ± 6.9) in the control group(P<0.05). In terms of treatment expenses, it was (935.0 ± 496.4) in the treatment group, which was slightly less than (1 249.0 ± 545.0) in the control group, but the comparison has no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion: Qinghao Biejia Decoction combined with antibacterial agents can effec-tively bring down the fever and enhance antibacterial effect in treatment of fever caused by bacterial infection in tumor patients of Yin differency.关键词
