粉防己碱的药理作用研究进展
Research Progress on Pharmacological Actions of Tetrandrine
摘要
Abstract
In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have attached more importance to Chinese medicine. The studies on the pharmacological effects of Chinese medicine are increasing. Tetrandrine is a kind of isoquinoline alka-loids, also is the main component, extracted from Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae. Tetrandrine has many pharmacological effects, and its good pharmacological activity has been gradually concerned by scholars. This study summarized the ac-tion mechanism of tetrandrine through reviewing a large number of domestic and foreign literatures, in terms of its effect on anti-tumor, anti-drug resistance, antibacterial action, as well as on cardiovascular system and digestive system, on empyrosis and on ophthalmic diseases. It provides reference for further research and rational development with expec-tation.关键词
