Improvement of the Quality Standard for Yanghe Decoction

Abstract
Objective: To establish the quality standard control for Yanghe decoction. Methods: Radix Reh-manniae Praeparata and Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC, the content of sinapine thio-cyanate was determined by HPLC. Results: The methods could well identify Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata and Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae. The calibration curves of sinapine thiocyanate was in good linearity over the range of 0.82 ~8.2 μg(r =0.999 2) and the average recovery rate was 99.4% (RSD =0.93% ). Conclusion:The method of quality standard control for Yanghe decoction is proved effective.关键词
