补阳还五汤对局灶性脑缺血大鼠神经干细胞移植后Bag-1表达的影响
Effects of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Apoptosis Gene Bag -1 after Transplantation of Neural Stem Cells in Rats with Focal Cerebral Ischemia

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of Buyang Huanwu decoction on apoptosis gene Bag - 1 after transplantation of neural stem cells in rats with focal cerebral ischemia. Methods: 80 SD rats were made into the models of focal cerebral ischemia, assessed by Neurological Function Defect Scale (NFDS), and the rats were randomly divided into five groups after modeling, with 15 rats in each group. After the transplantation of7 d, 14 d, and 28 d, interventions of Buyang Huanwu decoction were applied with respective ultramicro herbal pieces and traditional ones. The neurological deficit scores were determined and expression of apoptosis gene Bag -1 was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results: For the rats in the simple transplantation and the transplantation group intervened by Chinese medications, their neurological function was obviously improved and the expression of apoptosis gene Bag -1 was raised significantly after the transplantation of 7 d, 14 d, and 28 d, compared to those in the model group(P <0.05, P<0.01); of which, Buyang Huanwu decoction with ultramicro herbal pieces was superior to the traditional ones(P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu decoction can promote the recovery of neurological function, up - regulate the expression of Bag -1 protein, and the ultramicro herbal pieces were better than the traditional ones.关键词
