耳聋2号治疗突聋的临床疗效及对凝血功能的影响
Clinical Efficacy of Erlong II Formula in the Treatment of Sudden Deafness and Its Influence to the Function of Blood Coagulation

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Erlong II formula in the treatment of sudden deafness and its effect on blood coagulation. Methods: 60 patinents with sudden hearing loss were randomly divided into the observation group(30 ears) and the control group(30 ears). The control group was treated with Alprostadil injection and injections of vitamin B, and vitamin B12; on which basis, the observation group was also treated with Erlong II formula; the treatment was once per day for two weeks. Clinical efficacy and the influence to blood coagulation were compared after two weeks. Results: The observation group was better than the control group, in terms of the improvement of hearing loss, vertigo, blood coagulation(P ＜0.05); there was no significant difference in tinnitus between the two groups(P ＞0.05). The marked effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 66.7％ and 86.7％ respectively, which were correspondingly higher than 43.3％ and 66.7％ of the control group(P ＜0.05). The observation group was superior to the control group. Conclusion: Erlong II formula has significant effect on sudden deafness, it can also improve the function of blood coagulation.关键词
