Abstract
Dyslipidemia is a common disease in modern society, which has no clear definition in TCM, but it was assigned to the categories of vertigo, thoracic obstruction (Xiong Bi), phlegm - turbid, and blood stasis. Dyslipidemia is closely related to arteriosclerosis. The application of traditional Chinese medicine has an important practical significance in the treatment of dyslipidemia and in the prevention of arteriosclerosis. This research sorted out the literatures about TCM etiology and pathogenesis of dyslipidemia, clinical application and experimental study, expecting to provide relative reference for researchers. 关键词
