摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the continuous nursing care based on internet after hypospadias repair.Methods From January 2016 to December 2017,104 cases with hypospadias were retrospected,according to the different postoperative nursing method,the patients were divided into two groups:control group(n=52)and observation group(n=52).The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing care,while the patients in observation group were treated with continuity nursing based on internet.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared,including the pain degree,the postoperative complications,wound healing and duration of postoperative indwelling catheter.Results Compared with control group,the pain degree,complication rate and duration of postoperative indwelling catheter in observation group were all lower(P<0.05),while the wound healing rate was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing based on internet using after hypospadias repair can achieve significant nursing effect,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
