Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huazhuo capsule in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus insulin resistance. Methods: 114 patients with type 2 diabetes diagnosed with insulin resistance and TCM syndromes of Qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis were randomly dⅣided into treatment group and control group according to a 2:1 ratio. All patients received medication for 8 weeks. The control group was treated with metformin, and the treatment group was given Yiqi Huazhuo capsule on the basis of the control group. After 8 weeks, two groups of clinical effects, HbA1C fasting insulin (FINS), leptin (LPN), 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG), fasting blood glucose before and after treatment were compared (FBG), and calculate the insulin sensitⅣity index before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 81. 58％ in the treatment group and 60. 63％ in the control group. The treatment group was able to reduce the fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and fasting insulin levels in diabetic patients. Compared with the control group, the treatment group was more effective. Conclusion: Yiqi Huazhuo capsule has a positive effect in the treatment of diabetic insulin resistance patients, and its effect mechanism may be related to the reduction of leptin levels.关键词
