滋肾宁心胶囊治疗更年期综合征经济学研究
Pharmacoeconomic Analysis of Zishen Ningxin Capsule for Perimenopausal Syndrome

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the pharmacoeconomics of Zishen Ningxin Capsule in the treatment of climacteric syndrome. Methods: Sixty patients with climacteric syndrome were randomly dⅣided into treatment group and control group. They were treated with Zishen Ningxin Capsule and Kuntai Capsule respectively, and their efficacy and adverse reactions were compared. Cost-effectiveness ratio analysis was also performed. Results: The KI scores of the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower (P＜0. 05), but there was no significant difference between the groups. The total effective rates of the two groups after treatment were 83. 3％ and 93. 3％, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0. 05). The cost-effectiveness ratios of the two groups were 1. 43 and 6. 28, respectively, and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion: The efficacy of the two drugs on climacteric syndrome is comparable, but the cost-effectiveness ratio of Zishenningxin Capsule is significantly lower.关键词
