Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Tenghuang Jiangu pill combined with arthroscopic debridement for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis consistent with arthroscopic surgery were randomly assigned to a control group (arthroscopic surgery group A, n=60) and a treatment group (Arthroscopic surgery+Tenghuang Jiangu pill group B, n=60) according to the admission order. Group A was given knee arthroscopic cleansing alone, and group B was treated on the basis of group A with traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions Tenghuang Jiangu pill. The clinical efficacy and symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were compared, and the Lysholm score and VAS score of the knee joints before and after the treatment were recorded. Results: Lysholm scores and VAS scores of 120 patients before treatment were statistically compared, and the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0. 05). After treatment, the VAS scores of knee joint pain at the 1st, 4th, and 7th weeks after treatment were significantly decreased in both groups, and the decrease in group B was greater than that in group A. On the other hand, the Lysholm scores of the knee joints at the 3rd, 5th, and 7th week were both increased, and the improvement effect of the group B was more obvious; the clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: Tenghuang Jiangu pill combined with arthroscopic debridement for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively reduce the patients' clinical symptoms and promote the improvement of knee joint function. It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
