中药热奄包联合腰痹通胶囊治疗急性腰扭伤临床疗效观察
Clinical Observation of the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Foment Package Combined Yaobitong Capsule in The Treatment of Acute Lumbar Sprain

Abstract
Objective: To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine foment package combined Yaobitong capsule on acute lumbar sprain. Methods: 60 patients with acute lumbar sprain were randomly dⅣided into treatment group and control group according to the single blind method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given oral lumboside capsule, and the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine foment package combined Yaobitong capsule. The clinical efficacy and VAS scores before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups. Results: The total effective rate was 93. 3％ in the treatment group and 80. 0 ％ in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0. 05). The VAS scores of both groups decreased after treatment, but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P＜0. 05). Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine foment package combined Yaobitong capsule has significant clinical effect on the treatment of acute lumbar sprain. It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
