整肠灵丸结合平衡火罐治疗脾虚泄泻对患者粪便质量的影响

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zheng Changling pill combined with balance cupping therapy for spleen deficiency diarrhea stool on patients' faeces quality. Methods: Forty patients with IBS-D were randomly dⅣided into TCM and Western medicine control groups with 20 cases each for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment was observed. Results: The total effective rate was 90. 0％ in the experimental group and 70. 0％ in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P＜0. 01). After treatment, the feces quality of the two groups was observed. The total efficiency was 95. 0％ in the test group and 84. 0％ in the control group. The test group was superior to the control group (P＜0. 01). After treatment, the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly improved (P＜0. 01), and the test group was better than the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion: Zheng Changling pill combined with the balanced cupping method is effective in improving fecal quality in spleen deficiency diarrhea patients, which reflects the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
