中药穴位敷贴疗法对发作间歇期痛风血尿酸水平的影响
Effect of Acupoint Application Therapy on Serum Uric Acid Levels in 59 Patients with Intermittent Gout
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of Acupoint Application Therapy on serum uric acid in patients with intermittent gout. Method A total of 59 patients with gouty arthritis in the intermittent phase(including chronic stage) were randomly dⅣided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(29 cases) according to the order of treatment. The control group was given diet control, avoidance of inducement and treatment of concomitant disease. The treatment group in the control group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine sticking to Zusanli(ST36), Yinlingquan(SP9), Sanyinjiao(SP6), sticking 2 hours / time, once a day, 15 days for 1 course of treatment, continuous treatment of 2 courses. In the blood uric acid level before and after treatment, were used in a self-control and inter group statistical analysis, medication routine monitoring of three conventional, liver function, renal function and vital signs of patients. Results Two cases of the average level of blood uric acid after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased(P＜0. 01), the average level of serum uric acid was compared between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0. 05), after 1 courses of treatment group serum uric acid levels were significantly lower than the control group, there was significant difference(P＜0. 05), 2 course of treatment the treatment group, serum uric acid levels were significantly lower than the control group, with significant difference(P＜0. 01). Two groups of stool routine+occult blood test monitoring, liver function, renal function and vital signs were not found obvious abnormality. Conclusion Acupoint Application therapy can reduce uric acid level in patients with intermittent gout, and the curative effect is satisfactory, and the method is safe.关键词
