摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in cosmetic suture for facial trauma in children. Methods: 90 cases of facial trauma children who had received cosmetic suture were randomly divided into experimental group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases), the control group accepted conventional nursing while experimental group received perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention, compared the nursing cffect of the two groups. Results: The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was 93.33％, which was significantly higher than 77.78％ that of control group (P<0.05); the compliance of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05); both groups were healed by first intension without remarkable scar. Conclusion: The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in facial trauma children who had received cosmetic suture can improve surgical effect.关键词
