退黄散外敷对痛风性关节炎急性发作期患者的护理干预
Nursing Intervention of Tuihuang Powder External Application for Acute Stage of Gouty Arthritis

Abstract
Objective: To observe the nursing effect of Tuihuang powder external application in acute stage of gouty arthritis. Methods: 70 cases of patients with acute stage of gouty arthritis were randomly divided into intervention group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases), the control group treated with colchicine oral administration while intervention group combined with Tuihuang powder external application, observed the nrusing effect of the two groups. Results: The overall response rate of intervention group was 91.5％, which was significantly higher than 77.1％ that of control group (P<0.05); the analgesic time and swelling subsided time of intervention group were significantly shorter than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The nursing effect of Tuihuang powder external application for acute stage of gouty arthritis is satisfactory, which can rapidly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.关键词
