Abstract
Objective: To compare the effect of different nursing management measures on heel blood sampling in neonatal disease screening. Methods: 80 cases of neonatal disease screening from January 2017 to May were selected. According to the time of admission, 41 cases of control group were divided into two groups: the control group (41 cases), the study group (39 cases), and the control group (39 cases). The control group were treated with traditional management measures, and 39 cases in the study group were treated with cluster measures to compare the blood collection in the two groups. Results:The pain score was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). The success rate and qualified rate of blood collection in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The number of cases with macular mass at 0.7～1 cm was lower than that in the control group, but the proportion of the blood spots greater than 1 cm was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: in the process of neonatal heel blood collection, it is helpful to reduce the pain and promote the success rate of one-time blood sampling. It is worth popularizing.关键词
