扶阳火艾灸治疗慢性疲劳综合征阳虚证方案优化及对免疫功能的影响
The Optimization of Reinforcing Yang Fire Moxibustion for Yang-Deficiency Syndrome of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Its Influence on Immunologic Function

Abstract
Objective: Through the clinical observation on treating yang-deficiency syndrome of chronic fatigue syndrome with reinforcing yang fire moxibustion, to investigate the operation specification of reinforcing yang moxibustion for the disease and evaluate the influence of key factors (fire, moxa, membrane) on clinical efficacy, so as to prove the effectiveness of reinforcing yang fire moxibusion for yang-deficiency syndrome and its optimal scheme. Methods: 180 cases of patients with yang-deficiency syndrome of chronic fatigue syndrome were randomly divided into 9 groups with 20 cases, and divided into three factors (fire A, moxa B, membrane C) and three levels for treatment, observed the changes of yang-deficiency constitution scale, peripheral blood immunoglobulin (IgG, IgM, IgA) and complements (C3, C4) to evaluate the efficacy. Results: After treatment, the yang-deficiency score and levels of IgG, IgM, IgA, C3, C4 in each group were significantly improved (P<0.05), among which the efficacy of 6 times of fire+thick moxa+slightly wet membrane was the best. Conclusion: Reinforcing yang fire moxibustion can enhance the immunologic function of patients with yang-deficiency syndrome of chronic fatigue syndrome and improve their symptoms and yang-deficiency constitution, which is one of the effective measures for yang-deficiency syndrome of chronic fatigue syndrome; 6 times of fire+thick moxa+slightly wet membrane is the optimal scheme.关键词
