互动式头针疗法对偏瘫肩痛的影响
Effect of interactive scalp acupuncture therapy on shoulder pain of hemiplegia

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of interactive head acupuncture on hemiplegic shoulder pain. Methods: Selected patients in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 with hemiplegia and shoulder pain after stroke, a total of 60 cases. According to the order of admission, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each with 30 cases. The observation group was treated with an interactive head acupuncture, the control group was treated with traditional head acupuncture combined with occupational therapy, 1 months for 1 courses, a total of 3 courses were observed. SF-MPQ score was used to assess the degree of shoulder pain; Modified Bathel Index was used to assess the daily living ability; Wolf motor function test was used to assess the upper limb motor function. Results: Two groups' SF-MPQ score were lower than before, and the observation group was significantly lower (P<0.05); the two groups' MBI index improved significantly after treatment, and the observation group improve more significantly (P<0.05). After treatment 1, 2 and 3 months the two groups WMFT score was significantly higher than before(P<0.05); the third month after treatment, the observation group's WMFT score were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05); Conclusion: Interactive head acupuncture can significantly relieve pain in patients with hemiplegia shoulder pain, and can significantly improve the patient's upper limb movement function, is worth popularizing in the further research and clinical use.关键词
