摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the efficacy of filiform-fire triple needling for radial styloid tenosynovitis stennosans. Methods: 96 cases of patients with radial styloid tenosynovitis stennosans were randomly divided into treatment group (48 cases) and control group (48 cases), the treatment group treated with filiform-fire triple needling while control group with electroacupuncture therapy, compared the efficacy of the two groups and their improvement of VAS score. Results: The overall response rate of treatment group was significantly higher and the improvement of VAS score was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The analgesic effect and efficacy of filiform-fire triple needling are better than electroacupuncture therapy.关键词
