Interaction between Food Engineering and Economy Socialty
摘要
Abstract
Food engineering is a systematic project. It involves many important sociological problems and must be placed in the perspective of sociology. In this paper, food engineering and its basic characteristics was studied. It pointed out that Food engineering is the basic and strategic project of national economy, people's live-lihood and national security with the character of public. From the perspective of sociology, Food engineering is embedded in the structure of economy and society and affect its development. Meanwhile, the development of economy and society also have great influence on the evolution and development of Food engineering. This paper use the theory and method of social interaction to study the interactive relationship between food engineering and economic society. It has significant and far-reaching to promote the healthy and sustainable development of food engineering.关键词
