护理干预在电针治疗膝骨关节炎患者中的应用价值
The value of nursing intervention in patients with knee osteoarthritis undergoing electroacupuncture treatment

Abstract
Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of nursing intervention in patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) undergoing electroacupuncture treatment.Methods A total of 138 patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) admitted to the department of orthopedics of our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 were treated with sodium hyaluronate injection in the knee joint.All patients were divided into two groups with the random number table method.69 cases in the control group were given routine care;69 cases in the observation group were given electroacupuncture treatment and nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.And the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 95.65％ in the observation group,which was significantly higher than 78.26％ in the control group (x 2=9.200,P=0.002).There was no statistically significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups before the intervention (P＞0.05);the VAS score significantly improved in both groups after the intervention (t=10.108,9.108;P=0.000),and the VAS score of the observation group improved more significantly than that of the control group [(3.37±0.99) vs.(4.51±1.38),P=0.000].There was no statistically significant difference in the WOMAC score between the two groups before the intervention (P＞0.05);the WOMAC score significantly improved in both groups after the intervention (t=16.824,10.072;P=0.000),and the WOMAC score of the observation group improved more significantly than that of the control group [(1.08±0.71) vs.(3.25±0.69),P=0.000].The satisfaction rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (98.55％ vs.79.71％;x 2=12.641,P=0.000).Conclusion The nursing intervention in patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA) undergoing electroacupuncture has good effect,safety,convenience,which can significantly improve the patients' knee joint function and clinical symptoms,improve the satisfaction of nursing,and is worthy of popularization of clinical orthopedics nursing.关键词
