Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of thoracoscopic-laparoscopic radical resection in the treatment of esophageal cancer and the effect on the pulmonary function of the patients.Methods 84 cases of esophageal cancer in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.The control group underwent thoracic esophagectomy,and the observation group underwent thoracoscopic-laparoscopic radical resection.The operation related indicators,pulmonary function,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The number of lymph node dissection,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,operative time,FVC,FEV1/FVC,and the incidence of complications of the observation group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Thoracoscopic-laparoscopic radical resection in the treatment of esophageal cancer can reduce the injury of the body,improve the lung function,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the prognosis of the patients.关键词
