Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of argatroban combined with alteplase in the treatment of ischemic stroke and its effect on hemorheology.Methods 90 patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital during the period of May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into the control group (n=45) and the observation group (n=45).On the basis of routine symptomatic treatment,the control group was given thrombolytic therapy with alteplase,while the observation group was given argatroban combined with alteplase.The clinical effect,the hemorheological indexes,and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (88.89％ vs.68.89％),the whole blood viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte backlog level of the observation group after the treatment were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions during the treatment between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Argatroban combined with alteplase in the treatment of ischemic stroke can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and hemorheological indexes,and has high safety.关键词
